Community Engagement Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring stakeholder concerns are addressed effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day stakeholder interactions, including enquiries and complaints.
- Develop and implement community engagement plans, managing proactive communications such as works notifications.
- Visit work sites and undertake desktop studies to assess potential community impacts.
- Maintain a stakeholder database and image library.
Skill Requirements:
- Proven experience in infrastructure, water or government projects is highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid C Class Driving License.
