**Job Title:** Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Advisor
">The role involves providing effective communications and stakeholder engagement for water and wastewater services under a joint venture between Ventia and Downer. The position requires planning and managing stakeholder interactions, developing community engagement plans, and conducting assessments to evaluate potential community impacts.
">**Responsibilities:)

- Play a key role in project planning and construction meetings to address stakeholder concerns early and effectively.">
- Manage day-to-day stakeholder interactions, including enquiries, complaints, and access negotiations.">
- Develop and implement community engagement plans and manage proactive communications such as works notifications.">
- Visit work sites and conduct desktop studies to assess potential community impacts.">
- Attend and contribute to regular customer and community engagement team meetings.">
- Maintain the program's stakeholder database and image library.">
**Requirements:**
">To be successful in this role, you will have:
">- ">
- Proven experience in infrastructure, water, or government projects.">
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).">
- IAP2 certification is preferred but not essential.">
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.">
- A valid C Class Driving License.">
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.">
