The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Administrator to join our team in Port Hedland. This role will provide support to our Recruitment, Operations, and Management teams, with the opportunity to undertake a nationally accredited Traineeship for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and database management
  • Facilitating onboarding and mobilisation processes
  • Front-of-house enquiries and customer service
  • Conducting compliance checks on candidate qualifications and documentation
  • Performing reference checks
  • Ordering PPE and office supplies (raising Purchase Orders)
  • Mail checking, photocopying/scanning resumes, licenses, and tickets
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position
  • Residential only; no FIFO available
  • Traineeship opportunity for the right candidate

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum + benefits, depending on experience.
