As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs for children. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
About You- You will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre.
- Observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children.
- Coach and supervise the room's Educators to deepen their understanding of curriculum & pedagogy.
- You put safety first with everything that you do.
- Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
- Our centre is a 54-place centre located only 5km from Adelaide city.
