Take Charge of Our Digital Transformation
As a seasoned Program Director, you will lead the planning and execution of digital programs and projects that drive transformation across our organisation. You will inspire confidence in our digital delivery by managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to execute strategic initiatives.
Lead the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experiences and meet business objectives
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure successful project outcomes
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive sustained change and value
Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations while identifying opportunities to unlock business value
Oversee program financials, resource planning, and benefit realisation across the digital portfolio
What We're Looking For:
A proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations, driving customer change through digital experiences
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
Strategic thinking and structured discovery capabilities, with a customer-centric and outcome-oriented mindset
Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working and the ability to drive workforce change and adoption within a team
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence decision-making at multiple levels across technical and non-technical audiences
