We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Transformation Specialist to drive the successful execution of our digital projects and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance member engagement through digital experiences, act on feedback for continuous improvement, and support initiatives that drive growth and retention.
- Foster a collaborative team culture, mentor and coach team members, lead communication alignment, and support resource and change management.
- Lead delivery and design reviews, implement agile best practices, optimise workflows, and embed risk management and reporting standards.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensure solutions meet business and technical needs, and stay ahead of industry trends to drive team capability uplift.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, project management, or a similar role within a digital, technology, or agile environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience in leading agile teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex business and technical landscapes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Experience working with CMS platforms, web applications, and digital technologies (experience with Sitecore is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
