Administration Subject Matter Expert

Digital transformation is a key focus area for an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment. As part of this strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled Administration Subject Matter Expert to join our organization.

This role involves developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of inpatient and outpatient administration systems and business rules. Collaborating with clinical leads and end-users to deliver quality results and drive digital transformation across the organization will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of inpatient and outpatient administration systems and business rules.
  • Collaborating with clinical leads and end-users to deliver quality results and drive digital transformation across the organization.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on administration matters to support the implementation of advanced solutions.
  • Working effectively in a team environment to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Current or recent experience in inpatient and outpatient administration within hospital and care facility environments.
  • A thorough understanding of existing business rules within inpatient and outpatient hospital care environments (inclusive of telehealth).
  • Proven conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to respond to clients and work effectively in a team environment.
