About the Role
- Design and develop digital learning assets that support leadership development across all levels.
- Develop compelling primers, videos, microlearning and digital learning content that motivates leaders to engage and apply what they learn.
- Transform complex ideas into simple, accessible formats that align with our brand and learning outcomes.
- Advise on the best media and formats to deliver learning outcomes effectively.
- Apply human-centred design and design thinking principles to ensure content is inclusive, engaging and accessible.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure content is contextually relevant and culturally attuned.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience in designing and developing digital learning content.
- Is knowledgeable about adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Is skilled in creating engaging and interactive digital learning experiences.
- Has excellent communication and project management skills.
- Can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
