Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Service Designer to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional with a proven track record in service design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver holistic service design solutions that drive improved outcomes for customers across various digital channels
  • Design and guide solutions to support multiple customer needs, ensuring seamless user experiences
  • Analyse and enhance existing software, including designing, developing, implementing and testing to meet business requirements
  • Apply best practice service design methods and processes to support the future design of services
  • Deliver and design appropriate service design artefacts and communication to stakeholders
  • Transform defined business needs into actionable outcomes and problem statements
  • Plan and document user interviews, also design and facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder input
  • Analyse and improve user experience, taking a human-centric approach
  • Manage stakeholder groups to develop partnerships and ensure effective collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Service Designer role
  • Demonstrated capability in planning, facilitating, and documenting user interviews
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic service design initiatives
  • Comprehensive understanding of the service design process and activities
  • Experience in adopting a user-centred approach to analyse and enhance the user experience or journey
  • Established ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated capacity to deliver within project and program settings
  • Proven skill in identifying and strategising capability enhancements of business process improvements
  • Strong communication proficiency, including the ability to translate between business and technical languages
  • Capability to communicate persuasively, negotiate outcomes, and manage intricate stakeholder relationships
Benefits

This is a mid-senior level contract position with a 12-month duration.
