Key Accountabilities

As a trusted advisor and coach, you will partner with key groups across the Fund to build culture and capability. This strategic business partnership aims to drive high performance and achieve a unified and values-driven culture.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a strategic advisor and mentor to Chiefs and People Leaders in relevant groups.
  • Supporting the delivery of a comprehensive plan aligned to Groups' Strategy, the Fund's Strategy, and the People and Culture Roadmap.
  • Contributing to achieving a cohesive and values-driven culture across the broader Fund.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Human Resources professional, ideally with exposure to financial services. They should demonstrate working knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations.
