Assistant Front Office Manager Job Summary

The role of Assistant Front Office Manager is to lead a team that embodies the spirit of welcome and hospitality for guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and support the Front Office team to establish a welcoming culture.
  • Oversee daily Front Office operations to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Build a strong team through effective onboarding, coaching, and skill development.
  • Manage room allocations, guest accounts, and ensure clear communication with other departments.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar.
  • RSA (essential).
  • Open QLD Drivers Licence (essential).
  • Strong leadership, communication, training, and team-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of Front Office systems and hotel operations.
  • Ability to handle unexpected challenges with poise and professionalism.
