Service Centre Manager Opportunity

Atlas Steels, a leading supplier of stainless and specialty steel products, is seeking a dynamic leader to manage their Tasmanian Service Centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve High ROI: Drive an annual Return on Investment (ROI) in excess of 19% through strategic management, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
  • Enhance Customer Service: Implement and maintain high standards for customer interactions, operational efficiency, and service quality.
  • Control Costs: Monitor and manage operating expenses, seek cost-saving opportunities, and ensure effective budget adherence.
  • Maximise Asset Return: Oversee stock management, capital expenditures, and investment returns to optimise profitability.
  • Develop Your Team: Motivate, train, and develop your team, fostering a strong and skilled workforce.
  • Grow Sales and Customer Base: Expand market presence, build lasting customer relationships, and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all statutory, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
