Job Overview

As a system coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless system operations. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage SCADA and VIBES information and incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage SCADA and VIBES information and incidents, identifying root causes and maintaining accurate logs of baggage incidents.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, including Mechanical and Electrical Technicians, Product Engineers, and Manual Intervention specialists, to ensure smooth system operation throughout the shift.
  • Communicate and manage SCADA and VIBES information effectively, ensuring alignment with airline requirements and BHS system design.
  • Proactively ensure system restart and operational continuity, working closely with the Operations and Maintenance Team to address reactive and proactive incidents/maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively to identify problems and suggest improvements, demonstrating self-reliance in carrying out recurring technical/operational activities.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge on control systems and a certain degree of technical expertise.
  • Able to read and interpret technical layout drawings of a BHS system, with strong English language reading skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain an overview in fast-paced environments.
