**Fleet Maintenance System Coordinator**

We require a suitably experienced Fleet Maintenance System Coordinator to join our Forrestfield maintenance team. You will ideally have a sound understanding of truck and trailer fleet maintenance, as well as workshop and spare parts. You will be responsible for running our computerised Fleet Maintenance System managing maintenance and service intervals, workshop performance and stock control.

**Requirements**:
**The Role**

Ensure processes associated with data capture and processing associated with fleet maintenance and workshop management are robust and includes but is not limited to:

- Implement new processes to ensure correct capture of all data.
- Manage the setup of maintenance parameters for group assets including, prime movers, trailers, trucks, refrigeration plants and material handling equipment.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration, data entry, record keeping and streamlining processes where necessary
- Set up appropriate spare parts and inventory management parameters within the system.
- Parts, stock and tyre stocktake.
- Manage maintenance software data system inputs to ensure accuracy
- Review quality of maintenance data input documents
- Develop fleet and asset management reports for the business
- Training staff on data entry who use the fleet maintenance package.

**The Person**
- A minimum 3 year's proven and demonstratable experience in a workshop & fleet environment
- Well-developed analytical, reporting, and planning skills with high attention to detail.
- High level of computer literacy using Fleet Management software packages.
- Well-developed communication, prioritization, time management and training skills.
- Previous stores, purchasing experience with parts and local supplier knowledge will be highly advantageous.
