Our hotel has consistently been recognized as one of the best in Australia, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and motivating kitchen teams, excellent communication skills, and a strong working knowledge of HACCP principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or hands-on Head Chef with a track record of developing, motivating, and leading kitchen teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and service staff.
- Relevant culinary qualifications, including a strong working knowledge of HACCP principles.
- Food Safety Supervisor certification, as required under South Australian legislation.
