The Opportunity

We seek a dedicated bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. This full-time permanent position is based in our Australian head office in Dandenong South, Victoria. You will report to the Director of Everfast Fulfillment Australia and the HR Director of Global HQ, playing a crucial role in supporting our business operations in Australia.

Your Role

As our Mandarin Speaking HR Generalist, you will support our organization's growth in Australia by implementing vital tasks and projects from our Global HQ. You will be instrumental in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, HR administration, and legal compliance. By bridging cultural and linguistic gaps, you will build trust, drive business success, and enhance our cooperative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and refine HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Resolve HR issues and maintain compliance with Australian employment law and WHS standards
- Drive performance management and employee engagement strategies
- Oversee HR administrative duties
- Implement tasks and projects from Global HQ
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within logistics, e-commerce, or related industry
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with HR software and metrics
- Comprehensive understanding of Australian labor laws, work health and safety regulations, and disciplinary procedures
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish trust with business stakeholders and drive business success
- Australian permanent resident or citizen
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for business
