We are looking for someone with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g. human resources, industrial relations)

  • Generalist HR background and experience gained working in a variety of settings

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a strong business partner with ability to influence, coach, and persuade managers
  • Solid generalist human resources/employee relations skills, thorough understanding, and ability to interpret Awards/Agreements, contracts, and entitlements
  • In-depth experience in employee relations, learning, and organisational development, performance management, and other key human resources functions within the context of best practice
