About This Role

Mandurah Baptist College is seeking a dedicated and organized administrator to fill the Administration Assistant position on a part-time basis for six months. This role provides essential support to the Pathways Coordinator, ensuring the smooth operation of the workplace learning, work experience, and careers programs.

  • Providing administration support to the coordinator and assisting in the running of pathways programs.
  • Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Liaising with staff, students, parents, and industry stakeholders to provide support and guidance.
  • Developing and implementing effective administrative processes to optimize the efficiency of the pathways programs.
Requirements:
  • A committed Christian who upholds strong values.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing responsibilities efficiently.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional standards.
  • Ability to use initiative and work within corporate standards.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and School Management Systems, or willingness to train in these areas.
