  • Contribute to strategic asset planning and portfolio optimisation.
  • Prepare investor and internal reporting.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in real estate funds, investment analysis, or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability.
  • Experience with fund or portfolio-level analysis (healthcare sector experience advantageous).
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a lean, collaborative team environment.
