Job Description

Executive Leader - Health, Safety and Environment

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving our commitment to world-class safety standards and sustainable practices. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and programs in alignment with global standards.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and programs that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a high-performing team, set strategic goals, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct regular audits and inspections.
  • Oversee training programs, promote a culture of safety, manage incident investigations and reporting, and engage stakeholders to ensure HSE standards are met.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, communicate HSE performance, and develop strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced certifications in HSE management, such as OSHA or IOSH.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant HSE management experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HSE management systems.
