Job Title:

Work Health And Safety Specialist


Job Description:

The Work Health and Safety Advisor will lead the day-to-day operations of our health and safety team. They will work closely with business units to deliver practical, outcome-focused solutions that make health and safety real and valued.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate key health and safety projects and initiatives
  • Support the implementation of the health and safety strategy and plan
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety systems, contractor management, and injury management
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Broad experience in health and safety roles within large, diverse organisations. High level communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Tertiary qualifications in health and safety (Minimum of Certificate IV)
