About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Engineer to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our Water Team, you will play a critical role in delivering multi-disciplinary projects and contributing to the strategic vision and growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver hydraulic/hydrologic modeling support, focusing on technical excellence.
  • Prepare tenders and proposals, collaborating with a large number of professionals in various geographies.
  • Build relationships with internal and external clients across multiple sectors, ensuring client service satisfaction.
  • Coach junior professionals, fostering the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Understanding of Western Australia water management planning processes and water-sensitive urban design concepts.
  • High-level proficiency in industry-standard hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software packages.
  • Strong client focus, high motivation, and dedication, with excellent team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills.
