Job Summary

The Luxury Service Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient operation of the front desk, driveway, and valet parking services at a premium hotel. This position requires a dynamic leader to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to guarantee smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and training
  • Monitor traffic flow and implement strategies to minimize congestion
  • Maintain presentation standards and ensure service excellence from arrival to departure
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency
  • Foster a culture of safety, equity, and diversity in line with organizational policies

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Previous hotel operational experience
  • Proven ability to multi-task while remaining professional and calm under pressure
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
  • A qualification in Hotel Management or Business
  • A valid manual driver's license
