Luxury Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Luxury Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
About the Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays to ensure visual appeal and optimal sales potential
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a luxury retail environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and motivating high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
