Exciting Opportunities in Retail Management

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail manager to lead our boutique team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and team management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a permanent position, averaging 38 hours per week across all opening hours.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Staff Management: Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Sales Growth: Build lasting relationships with customers, provide expert advice, and drive sales performance to achieve individual and store targets.
  3. Inventory Control: Ensure adequate stock levels, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
  4. Store Operations: Manage costs, design and implement operational processes, and maintain adequate staffing to meet business demands.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular insights on sales, stock, customer trends, and other key metrics.

You may also represent the brand at events and functions to promote our luxury products.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a similar luxury environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and customer service expertise.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
