Job Title: Luxury Property Manager

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our elite team as a Luxury Property Manager in Perth's CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service in ultra-luxury environments where every detail matters and excellence is the standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up key tasks for the team and conducting daily briefings to conquer challenges ahead
  • Working closely with hotel leadership on quality metrics and ensuring timely delivery of rooms to guests
  • Maintaining open communication with the team and providing resourcing as required
  • Handling administration related to Health and Safety, billing, and rostering
  • Providing exceptional guest service and handing over effectively to the team

Requirements:

  • A strong appetite to build and sustain relationships
  • A passion to strive for excellence and deliver high-quality results
  • Effective time management and work habits
  • Understanding of annualized budgets and financial planning
  • Determination to provide a safe workplace and adhere to compliance regulations
  • A no-nonsense approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • The ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required
  • A depth of experience as a Luxury Property Manager in a 6-star or high-end 5-star property
