Aged Care Professional

Deliver high-quality care to older adults in our residential aged care home, providing direct clinical nursing support while collaborating with peers and adhering to best practice procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care plans and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Comply with all policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for self, colleagues, and residents.
- A Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards.
- Experience with AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Strong knowledge of age-related health issues and effective coaching/training skills.
- Effective conflict resolution skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
