Wholesale Business Manager

The Wholesale Officer plays a critical role in managing the company's wholesale operations, ensuring efficient stock management and payment of invoices.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor dealer credit lines and liaise with dealers to ensure accurate stock reporting.
- Action internal and external transfers within prescribed time frames and reconcile stock reports.
- Liaise with other financiers and auditors to ensure timely settlement of new acquisitions and additional lending.
- Assist with all dealer enquiries in a positive, confident, and timely manner.
- Tertiary qualification in business or finance is desirable.
- Experience in the automotive industry is desirable.
- 2 years' experience working in a customer service role or account processing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
