- We are looking for a specialist to support the planning and mobilisation of new programs.
This involves helping to develop and implement workforce mobilisation plans and contributing to the successful execution and delivery of contracts.
About the RoleYou will report to the Workforce Mobilisation Manager and support the development/implementation of workforce mobilisation plans within a complex operating environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the capture of future contracted scope through the development of workforce artefacts and mobilisation strategies.
- Providing advisory support to internal and external stakeholders on workforce matters aligned to required timelines/quality.
- Ensuring workforce risk assessments are held in accordance with the risk management framework governance requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a similar discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience across complex P&C roles.
- Experience in supporting the mobilisation of new programs.
- Knowledge and experience in workforce planning, particularly in Defence Industry/Mining/Construction.
- Effective project management skills, including the ability to explore, develop, and deliver successful solutions.
- The capacity to manage evolving priorities and effective time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An innovative and strategic approach, with a high attention to detail.
