Associate Director, Sales Support and Operations

As a key member of our Enterprise division, you will lead all aspects of sales support and operational excellence. You will develop and implement a scalable sales support strategy, coordinate the customer assistance executive function, and ensure a seamless customer journey.

  • Lead the quoting and operations team to ensure seamless integration and support for technology delivery.
  • Drive automation and standardization across ICT support processes to reduce manual effort and increase service reliability.
  • Lead the offshore operating model, including capability planning, performance management, and execution.
  • Act as the business owner for operational tools, championing the exploration and implementation of AI and automation.
  • Drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with sales, finance, technology, and delivery teams.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading sales support teams with a track record of delivering outstanding results.
  • Strong operational management skills with the ability to coordinate complex projects and ensure flawless execution.
