Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to fill this critical leadership position at one of our Australian stores.

You will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and deliver outstanding customer experience.

This is a Full-Time opportunity that requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their performance and reach their full potential.
  • Oversee daily store operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs in a retail environment.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to improve their performance.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
