Leadership Role in Stockroom Operations

This is a key leadership position responsible for the seamless operations of the store, with specific focus to the stockroom processes.

We are seeking an efficient, pro-active leader who will maintain high standards of themselves and their staff. The ideal candidate will have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success
  • Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion store environment
  • Be a role model and lead your team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers' expectations
  • Guide and train all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service
  • Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
  • Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
  • Supports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model
  • Drives and ensures compliance with operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience
Requirements:
  • A solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position
  • Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
