We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Albury Wodonga Health. As a valued member of our Infant Child Youth Mental Health Wellbeing Service, you will be responsible for undertaking a full range of clinical casework and other therapeutic interventions in collaboration with peers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct formal assessments, individual and family system work, and provide a range of child, youth, and family therapeutic interventions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote mental health and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of mental health services.
- Unencumbered registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) for Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Clinical Psychology.
- Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) for Social Work.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in mental health.
- Knowledge of recovery models and trauma-informed practice.
- Knowledge of Brief Intervention Models, Eating Disorder treatment, and Single Session work would be an advantage.
