Salary Information

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate between $29.51-$31.04, depending on their experience and qualifications. This rate reflects the importance we place on our employees' hard work and dedication.

Job Description

As a Home Care Worker with KinCare, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with daily tasks and activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Domestic Assistance: Ensuring the homes of our customers are safe and beautiful places to live, through cleaning and maintaining a clean environment.
  • Personal Care: Assisting customers with personal care tasks, such as getting up, showered, and dressed for the day, as well as managing medication and providing mobility support.
  • Social Support: Providing companionship and social interaction, including helping with meal preparation, shopping, and accessing lifestyle activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • The ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and compassionate approach to customer care.
