Commercial Valuer

Acumentis is a leading provider of property valuation and advisory services, seeking a skilled Certified Practising Valuer to join our Central Victoria team. About the Role

• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting valuations, analyzing property market trends, and providing recommendations to clients. You will also have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including advisory services, property development, and portfolio management.

About You

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Practising Valuer with a strong background in commercial property valuation. You will have a working knowledge of the greater Bendigo, Ballarat, and Central Victoria property markets, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as property, business, or economics, and be a member of the Australian Property Institute (API). You will also have a current Police Clearance and be willing to undergo further training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
