Policy Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our policy development and program implementation efforts.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on some of the top priorities impacting our health workforce today, including:

  • Effectively leading policy development, program implementation, and analytical tasks
  • Taking an evidence-based approach to identifying improvements in the policy cycle
  • Representing the organization in intra-governmental and public fora
  • Supervising, mentoring, and supporting staff

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the organization's objectives and be able to undertake strategic planning to deliver short-term and long-term outcomes. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with key internal and external stakeholders.
