Job Overview

The Program Director will lead the team responsible for maintaining up-to-date administrative records and mail services management systems, applying sound analytical and conceptual skills to develop and implement corporate policies, strategies, and business plans.

This role requires demonstrated experience in contemporary administrative records management, knowledge of relevant acts and Australian Standards, and experience in process review and facilitation of innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and develop a team to achieve successful delivery of outcomes within agreed targets and timeframes.
  • Apply sound analytical and conceptual skills to develop and implement corporate policies, strategies, and business plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date administrative records and mail services management systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in contemporary administrative records management and knowledge of relevant acts and Australian Standards are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as the ability to work closely with the team to achieve successful delivery of outcomes.
