**About the role.**:
We're seeking an energetic and experienced **Associate Director** to join our team and lead the delivery of the Community Building Partnership Program. This program provides funds for community groups and local communities to invest in community infrastructure throughout the State.

As the Associate Director, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality advice to the Director, Executive, and Premier to ensure the successful delivery of the annual Community Building Partnership grants program. You'll also plan, manage, and monitor the overall delivery of the program while identifying new and improved policies and strategies to meet the desired outcomes for the Government and communities across the State.

To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrated experience in managing high-priority projects to deliver quality outcomes to tight deadlines.

This is a job share position, so you'll be required to work collaboratively with another Associate Director to deliver outstanding results.

- Proven experience in managing high-priority projects to deliver quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and guidance skills to lead a team of passionate professionals.
- Strategic thinking and innovative mindset to develop new policies and strategies that align with relevant NSW Government policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to provide high-quality and timely advice to the Director, Executive, and Premier.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills to inform and involve the community and key stakeholders in the Community Building Partnership program.
- Experience in preparing high-quality, accurate, and timely analyses, Cabinet and Budget Committee decisions, reports, and policy or discussion papers for the executive and the Premier.
- Strong compliance with statutory requirements relating to work health and safety and staffing, and ability to support strategies to promote an equitable, diverse, ethical, and inclusive workforce environment.
