About the Role

  • Lead a dedicated team in developing and implementing initiatives that foster a positive work environment, promoting employees' physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Design and execute an engagement strategy for Partners and employees, driving collaboration and motivation across the organisation.
  • Create a dynamic people experience aligned with the company's vision and values, enhancing employee satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the broader People & Development leadership team to lead cultural transformation and ensure seamless execution of people strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and take a proactive approach to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Rigorously review and enhance the company's people policies to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's people strategy, working closely with the People and Development leadership team.

About You

  • You possess 10+ years of experience in people roles within a corporate environment, demonstrating expertise in HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
  • You have a deep understanding of the health, safety, and wellbeing landscape, with a passion for creating an environment where employees thrive.
  • You have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and collaborating effectively to drive business outcomes.
