Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to drive stakeholder engagement and brand awareness across the portfolio.

  • Lead the development and implementation of communications initiatives that enhance internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Create and deliver compelling content across various channels and mediums, including staff intranet, internal emails, newsletters, presentations, briefings, scripts, FAQs, training materials, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to collaborate on and identify communications opportunities.
  • Stay informed of industry news and developments to inform communications strategies.
  • Analyse data and report on the success of communications initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Attributes and experience required for this role include:

  • Tertiary qualification in journalism, English language or literature, communications, or another relevant discipline.
  • At least 7+ years of relevant corporate communications experience, with proven experience in a large complex organisation and/or multi-brand portfolio.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an engaging manner to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship building skills across all levels of an organisation.
