About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Motion Design Director to join our team at Apparent Communications. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for leading the development of motion graphics and visual effects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of motion designers and animators to deliver high-quality motion graphics and visual effects
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' brands and visual identities
  • Collaborate with art directors, designers, and writers to create engaging and effective motion graphics
  • Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion design and visual effects
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in motion design and visual effects
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
