As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading your own room, mentoring and supporting your team members, and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and a current QLD Blue Card.
This role requires a motivated and experienced educator who is passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives.
About the Role- Develop and implement educational programs that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children.
- Mentor and support your team members to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality care and education.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
