Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Officer to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-quality support services to clinical staff and patients, ensuring seamless service delivery within our hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Communication: Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, their families, and visitors, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to district policy frameworks and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
