Job Title: Maintenance Leadership Role

Job Description

The role involves leading a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the effective operation of fixed plant assets.

This includes coordinating with other functions and stakeholders to optimize maintenance activities, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures.

  • Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborating with planning and scheduling teams to prioritize maintenance tasks.
  • Managing and reviewing maintenance processes to improve productivity and minimize costs.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and working closely with other teams to achieve business objectives.
