About the Opportunity:We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our maintenance services in Port Hedland. The successful candidate will manage a team of supervisors, tradespeople, and support staff.
- Oversee daily operations including work order allocation and reporting.
- Lead, support, and develop a multi-trade maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, KPIs, and HSEQ requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders to maintain high-quality service levels.
- Handle customer interactions and resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance.
- Deliver accurate and timely reports as required by management.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in operational management within a domestic or commercial maintenance environment.
You must possess excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a passion for delivering a high-quality service without compromise.
A leader who can support and uplift their team, provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a commitment to safety, is essential.
Additionally, you must hold a valid C Class License and have a current satisfactory National Police Check, First Aid training, and other relevant competencies.
