About the Role:

  • Implement and oversee all systems, processes, and safety protocols to ensure seamless operation
  • Lead the setup and execution of preventive and reactive maintenance systems
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance operations across all hotel facilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive safety and maintenance protocols
  • Foster a culture of safety among guests, staff, and contractors
  • Liaise with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to oversee works and ensure seamless operation of building systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance needs are addressed promptly and with minimal disruption

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality or commercial building management
  • Trade qualification or engineering background preferred
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, health and safety regulations, and compliance reporting
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive attitude
