Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

A leader in maintenance excellence, sought after to oversee the upkeep of a hotel property. This key role requires strategic vision and technical expertise to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff and contractors to deliver high-quality services and maintain a safe working environment.
2. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
3. Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency initiatives.
4. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards to safeguard people, assets, and the environment.
5. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide responsive maintenance support.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality setting
* Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage team members
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
