Travel Operations Manager

As a seasoned travel operations professional, you will leverage your exceptional leadership skills and industry expertise to deliver high-level tour services.

  • Supervise and mentor coordinators to drive tour delivery excellence
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless service provision
  • Oversee the preparation of final client documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide high-level support in case of significant issues to maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the travel industry, preferably with a tour operator or wholesale travel sector
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong leadership experience, with a proven track record of people management
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data
