Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Group Travel Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about travel and customer service. As a Group Travel Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating group tours, sourcing and booking flights, accommodation and transport.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Tour Manager and Directors with travel arrangements for groups
  • Working closely with the Tour Manager and Directors to coordinate group tours
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients
  • Contributing to a supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Working rights in Australia
  • Previous experience in the Travel industry
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Driver's Licence
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to work/think under pressure
  • Ability to work independently, handling tasks unsupervised at times

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), particularly SABRE
