The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Quality - Compliance and Regulations and will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that incidents, audit findings, and nonconformances are resolved and closed off on the IT system.
- Facilitating internal stakeholders to utilize the software system when raising incidents, ensuring adequate evidence is included for successful closure.
- Establishing effective relationships with various departments across the organization and working proactively to gather evidence to close off outstanding audit, deviation, and incident findings.
- Demonstrated experience working within a quality environment or safety systems alongside experience in administration of IT systems.
- Significant experience in conducting risk assessments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience working within a quality environment or safety systems alongside experience in administration of IT systems, in a highly regulated environment.
- Experience in the administration of IT systems.
- Proven ability in conducting risk assessments, writing investigation reports, and completion of actions.
- Experience working across all levels of an organization with a distinct ability to adapt and pick up on systems and processes quickly.
- Personable nature and excellent communication skills to ensure internal stakeholders work with the process to get incidents completed.
We offer a 12-month contract role with a flexible hybrid work environment. Depending on experience, the salary will be between $59-66 per hour, plus super. A security clearance is required for this role, which can take up to 8 weeks. Australian citizenship is required for this position. Public transport to the company is limited, but plenty of parking is available.
